ACA Collegiate Canoe & Kayak Downriver National Championships

The second running of the ACA Collegiate Canoe & Kayak National Downriver Championships will be held in Fredericksburg, VA on October 10-11, 2008. The Championships will be hosted by the University of Mary Washington and will include both individual and relay competitions on the Rappahannock River.
Saturday, October 10 at 9:30 AM
OC-2 Mixed, OC-1M, OC-1W, K-1M, and K-1W
Sunday, October 11 at 9:30 AM
OC-2 Relay (6-person mixed, at least two women)
A scoring system will be used to determine the Collegiate National Champion. The racing format, Canoe/Kayak specifications, team eligibility, scoring system, and downriver racing rules are available on the ACA website at www.americancanoe.org and by clicking here, and for an entry form click here. Participants must be full time undergraduate or graduate students.
