The 2023 USCA National Canoe & Kayak Championships will be held on the West Branch of the Susquehanna River in Lock Haven, PA on August 10-13 2023. The 2023 running of the event will utilize the West Branch of the Susquehanna River like in years past. The marathon course starts at the Lockport Boat Launch, Woodward Township, Clinton County, PA.
