Dan River Boat Race: Saturday, May 20, 2023
Three Race Divisions:
Open Division–7.4 mile solo races for “racing” (kayaks and canoes) & SUPs; One age group (16 and up): On site Registration (7:30 to 8:30 AM): Start at 9:00 AM.
Rec Division– 2.5 mile race for age groups (tandem canoes and kayaks). Family 12 and under, 16 and under, 17-39, 40-59, 60 and up. On site Registration (7:30 to 9:45 AM). Start at 10:00 AM.
Junior Division– 0.25 mile race for ages 8-12 in solo canoes or kayaks only. On site Registration (7:30 to 9:45 AM). Start at 10:00.
